How to Change Your Login Email Address in the Impreza Dashboard
If you need to update the email address associated with your Impreza Host account, you can do it directly from the client area.
This ensures that all invoices, renewal notices, and support replies are sent to your current address.
Step 1 — Log In to Your Client Area
- Go to https://portal.imprezahost.com/clientarea.php
- Log in using your existing credentials (email + password).

Step 2 — Access Your Profile Settings
- Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Edit Account Details from the dropdown menu.

This will open your account information page.
Step 3 — Update Your Email Address
In the Email Address field, replace your old email with the new one you want to use.

Review the other fields (name, company, phone number) to ensure all data is up to date.
Scroll down and click Save Changes.

Step 4 — Confirm the Change
After saving, you’ll see a confirmation message indicating that your contact details were successfully updated.
Impreza Host will now send all future notifications to your new email address.
Important:
If you use the old email for login, it will no longer work — use the new address for future sign-ins.
Step 5 — Optional: Update Email Contacts for Sub-Users
If your account has sub-users (additional contacts with permissions):
- Go to Contacts/Sub-Accounts from the same profile menu.
- Edit each sub-user and update their email address as needed.

Notes
- The change is applied immediately after saving.
- Make sure the new address is valid and accessible before updating it.
- If you can’t access your old email and forgot your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen to reset it with your new contact.
