How to Access Webmail
Webmail allows you to send, receive, and manage your email directly through your browser — no software installation required.
This guide explains how to access and log in to Webmail for your domain hosted with Impreza Host.
Step 1 — Access via Direct URL
You can access Webmail directly from your browser using the following link:
https://yourdomain.com/webmail
Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.

Step 2 — Log In to Your Email Account
When the Webmail login screen appears:
- Enter your full email address (for example, support@yourdomain.com).
- Enter your password.
- Click Log in.

If you’ve forgotten your password, it can be reset inside cPanel > Email Accounts > Manage.
Step 3 — Choose a Webmail Application
After logging in, you’ll be prompted to select a preferred Webmail client.
Most users choose Roundcube for its simple and modern interface.
- Roundcube — recommended for all users
- Horde — legacy option, suitable for basic email use

You can set your default client to skip this step in the future.
Step 4 — Accessing Webmail from cPanel
You can also access Webmail through your hosting panel:
- Log in to cPanel.
- Go to Email Accounts.
- Next to the desired address, click Check Email.

This will automatically open Webmail without requiring additional credentials.
Step 5 — Logging Out Securely
When finished, always click Log Out in the top-right corner of Webmail.
This helps protect your account, especially if you are on a shared or public computer.

Notes
- If you cannot access Webmail, verify that your domain points correctly to your hosting server.
- Always use HTTPS to ensure encrypted login sessions.
- Webmail can also be used through custom subdomains like
mail.yourdomain.com/webmail, depending on your configuration.
