Backups for Tor (onion) hosting services are automatically generated and stored in secure, redundant infrastructure maintained by Impreza Host.
Backup Infrastructure
- Storage location: Backups are stored in separate storage nodes, physically isolated from the primary hosting environment.
- Redundancy: Data is replicated across multiple nodes to ensure fault tolerance and availability.
- Access control: Only authorized system processes and support personnel have access to the backup environment.
Backup Frequency and Retention
- Frequency: Daily or weekly, depending on the specific hosting plan.
- Retention period: Typically 7 to 30 days, based on your plan tier and resource allocation.
- Coverage: Full website files, configuration files, and databases (where applicable).
How to Access Backups
Log into your client area:

Navigate to Services > My Services and select your Tor hosting plan.
Under the Management Panel, look for a Backups or Restore section.
If no interface is available, you may request a manual restore by opening a support ticket.
Important Notes
- Customers are encouraged to maintain their own off-site backups for additional redundancy.
- Backup restoration requests may take up to 24 hours, depending on the file size and traffic volume.
- Impreza Host is not liable for data loss beyond the backup retention policy.
